Contemporary

Contemporary gardens are often small gardens and tend to be more formal in that they are based on geometric shapes to link with the house. There is often no lawn, but clean lines of paving and paths and more structured planting with key focal points and features. Materials are often, but not exclusively, man made.

We love our garden now. Our two dogs had pretty much destroyed it and it had become an embarrassment. We never used it, not even just for ourselves. It now has structure and a proper patio area and is always good to look at even in this bleak weather!
