Planting Plans

You may not want to have your whole garden designed, but may have beds and borders which need revitalizing.
The Garden centres are full of interesting plants, but how do you know that the plant you like the look of will work in your soil conditions? Will it tolerate the shade under your tree, how big will it grow and does the colour work with the plants around it?

If you want to create a new border or revitalize an old one but don't know where to start, or want to make sure you don't waste money on buying lots of plants that don't work in your garden, then why not let me help you.

I offer a flexible service to provide you with the advice and/or plants that you need to bring your garden back to life.

This can include:

Advice on how to improve the soil
Planting plans or plant selection
Pruning of existing plants
Sourcing plants
Planting

Plant Care Information Packs

I can advise on plant care, producing maintenance plans detailing what to do with each plant each season. This can be for your existing plants or new ones.

'Learn About' sessions

If you have a desire to maintain your own garden but don't know where to start, I can provide 'learn about' sessions in your garden focussing on an area of your choice. For example, I can show you how and when to prune, dead head, and generally how to take care of your plants, and/or advise on things like composting, how to look after your soil, how to attract more wildlife into your garden, how to create and manage a wildflower area, and how to grow your own fruit and veg.
